WALKING, Is The Easiest WayTo Burn Fat

Hello, how are you .... it was so long ago I do not update this blog anymore. Of course this is not my desire, but because mean time I am a pretty busy. But, lets forget about it. Now I wanna tell you about my biggest secret of fat burn exercise. It is the easiest way to lose weight and can you believe it? it's the simple way that you can also doing it. The method is simple but still gain you with fast burning fat program and of course keep your body in shape at the same time.


What is it?

It is WALKING. Ha..ha are you surprised? Yes, it is very simple indeed many of us do not realize that walking is the easiest exercise you can do every day and every time. Even me, and maybe you do not realize that every day we have done a very simplest fat-burning exercise, every moment, anytime and anywhere. Sure thing for any human being is capable of walking, whether it be just walking to the bathroom, to bed or to the kitchen to get some meat.

Can you imagine that every day how much fat is burned by our walking activities, but of course it is not directly gives you the best burn fat because we did not have the intention of our purpose to walk to burn fat. Most of us just go with the intention of migrating from one point to another. Ok, I also sometimes do the same thing with you.

If indeed we intend to burn fat by walking, then of course we had to get used to more frequent walks. Whether it's a short distance or fairly far distance. But that does not mean I ask you to walk from home to your long distance office.
